Built and Natural Habitat of Verdun

MEETING AT 2:00 PM, OUTSIDE VERDUN METRO STATION On this walk we will be discussing and learning about various elements of habitat, both for humans and for wildlife that can be found in Verdun, as well as the ways we change our environment to better suit us. This walk draws mostly on urban planning, architecture, and ecology, and will be an exploration of the neighbourhood and waterfront. Children, strollers, and individuals with reduced mobility are welcome, we will be on a paved path the whole walk.
