PARK EXTENSION HISTORICAL SOCIETY

This Tour will provide an enlightened introduction about our Park Extension borough. During our tour duration we will walk through many of its diverse streets as we take in as many sights. The tour will highlight the ever evolving Park Extension borough! Park Extension has about 35,000 residents in 2 square km of land and is bordered on all sides: rail lines on the east and south sides, a highway along the north end, and on the west , a fence and six-lane boulevard which separates it from the wealthy neighbouring Town of Mont Royal. Most of Park Ex's residents are born outside of Canada. Various religious and cultural communities thrive in Park Ex and at least a dozen languages are widely spoken.
